who am i?
Suddenly, I was at a crossroad - Where my newfound lifestyle of a ketogenic diet was colliding with my passion of changing/healing brains. I am obsessed with healing brains. Neuroplasticity became my favorite concept in school and the fact that I get to be a small part in healing someone's brain and/or spinal cord during such a critical time has become my absolute passion. I believe my experience as a neuro physical therapist is a great resource for clients looking for health coaching regarding dealing with the stress of a new diagnosis - whether patient or family. At the same time, I've struggled with weight all of my life - spending several thousands of dollars on anything that could help me and though I had success at times, it was never sustainable. I couldn't wait to be done with the diet and shortly gained all the weight back. I am a bit ashamed to admit all that I have tried, but want my clients to realize how much experience I have with the struggles of weight loss:
