At this point, I have recommended 5 friends, 4 of which have continued on to complete more than 1 challenge and have lost a total of 125 lbs with those 4 friends! In my first challenge, I lost over 19 lbs in 6 weeks and I learned what caused me stalls on keto the first time and where I went wrong (keto on my own, I lost 12 lbs in 8 weeks). Even those that THOUGHT they knew how to do keto find out SOOO much more from her challenges. I cannot recommend her challenges enough.

Ruled.me is a great resource and has so many good articles. I used them when I first started keto. You definitely want to calculate your macros first with their macro calculator. He has a pretty comprehensive beginner's guide and, I myself, paid for the 30-day beginner's guide, when I first did Keto.

DR ERIC WESTMAN'S APPROACH -- SIMPLIFYING KETODr. Westman learned from Bob Atkins and has been practicing and prescribing keto medicine for over 20 years! I have posted his talk at Low Carb Denver on the keto science page. He has a GREAT approach for those who DO NOT WANT TO TRACK. I myself, might give it a try! For $9.99 he has all of the info on one page of WHAT TO EAT. He also explains it on his site
die t doctorThis is a website run mainly by physicians, which I absolutely love. I found them after I was pretty knowledgeable about Keto, so I never used their beginner information. However, considering the sources are so knowledgeable, I can only imagine how great their information is! Start here, 14-day plan here
